Delete your data
Data on your phone
Dupsy keeps photo fingerprints and its Trash only on your device. Empty the Trash inside the app (Trash → Empty), or uninstall the app (or Android Settings → Apps → Dupsy → Storage → Clear storage) to remove all of it at once. Note that photos still in the Trash are deleted for good when you do this.
Analytics data
Analytics is pseudonymous and tied to an app-instance identifier, not to your name or email. To request deletion, email ryantruong.2512@gmail.com with the subject “Dupsy data deletion”; we answer within 30 days. Analytics data is otherwise deleted automatically after 14 months.
Purchases
Purchase records are kept by Google Play; manage them in your Google account.
